We laugh so hard we cry at the memories that once made yesterday worth holding on to.
It all falls out, like your perfect teeth and useless euphemisms
It's satisfactory enough to know that though your mind has gone back to childhood, your face has aged along with your talent.
It is likely that if you and I were to put us in to an empty jar it would still be empty. You can count on the distorted reflection of light to tell you who you are and I will try and figure out where all the substance went when I poured myself out into this container.

Retelling what once was a heart without ill will,
